Stroke Quality Improvement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of inpatient quality improvement initiatives related to stroke
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams and manage workgroups of volunteer subject-matter experts
• Guide teams through measure adoption, data interpretation, and process redesign to sustain performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field
• 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care or clinical quality improvement
• Experience in hospital operations, QI nursing, registry operations, or systems of care
• Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows, particularly for stroke
• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
