Structural Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design metal building systems using established engineering practices and building codes
• Collaborate with estimating, sales, and drafting teams to process projects effectively
• Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and compliance with design standards

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in metal building systems design
• Ability to demonstrate design of medium to higher complexity buildings
• Proficiency with AISC, AISI, ASCE 7, and model building codes
• P.E. Registration strongly preferred but not required
