A company is looking for a Structural Design Engineer III specializing in PV Racking Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural foundation analysis and design for PV racking systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
• Create engineering plans and calculations for renewable energy projects while managing multiple concurrent projects
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-discipline teams to ensure design alignment and project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience, with at least 2+ years focused on PV racking system foundation design
• Proficiency in structural engineering software such as RISA 3D/Foundation or similar
• In-depth understanding of design codes and standards including ASCE 7, ACI 318, and IBC
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers
