Structural Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Designer to lead the development of complex 3D Revit and Inventor models.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify high-fidelity 3D Revit and Inventor models, including 2D drawings and section details for structural building systems
• Collaborate with the BIM Coordinator to manage and issue models within the Autodesk Construction Cloud while enforcing the project's configuration management plan
• Integrate designs with mechanical piping, HVAC, and electrical interfaces, ensuring all parts and assemblies support manufacturing and tooling

Required Qualifications

• Experience level: Experienced (at least 10 years of industrial drafting experience or 5 years with a relevant degree)
• Education: Associate degree
• Mastery of the Autodesk suite
• In-depth structural knowledge
• Experience in compliance with nuclear security standards
