Structural Designer

Job Summary

To support innovative projects, the remote contract Structural Designer will develop and coordinate 3D structural models, manage design scopes, and ensure alignment with client standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate conceptual and detailed 3D structural models based on engineering input
• Take ownership of assigned design scopes, managing schedule, quality, and coordination from start to finish
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve design and documentation issues proactively

Required qualifications:

• Associate degree in CAD or related field
• 5+ years of structural drafting experience
• 3+ years of experience using Revit
• Proficiency in BIM and scheduling
• Experience leading design packages and guiding small teams of designers
