Structural Designer

Job Summary

To support advanced technology manufacturing environments, the full-time contract Structural Designer will develop and coordinate 3D structural models, produce detailed drawing sets, and ensure compliance with engineering standards while working primarily remotely with occasional office visits.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate 3D structural models based on verbal instructions and conceptual sketches
• Produce complete and constructible drawing sets for assigned projects while ensuring quality and standards compliance
• Lead defined scope or small packages, coordinating work and supporting delivery through team collaboration

Required qualifications:

• Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
• Minimum of 3 years Revit experience
• Strong interpersonal leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
