Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Engineer to support complex engineering projects within the nuclear power industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform design and analysis of steel and concrete structures and structural framing systems
• Conduct seismic analysis for nuclear power plant structures and components
• Support structural design and analysis for heavy load lifts at nuclear power plants

Qualifications

• Experience in structural design and analysis of steel and concrete structures
• Knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards
• Proficiency with structural analysis programs such as STAAD, SAP, and GTSTRUDL
• Experience performing seismic analysis for nuclear applications
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for heavy load lifts at nuclear power plants
