Structural Engineer Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Engineering Professional Associate to design and coordinate structural elements for life sciences building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate structural elements for complex life science and pharmaceutical facilities
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and client operational needs
• Collaborate with project disciplines to discuss technical aspects of project design and specifications

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience
• Expertise in designing structural systems related to steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry construction
• Proficiency in structural design software such as Hilti Profis, GT Strudl, and Risa 3D & Risa Foundation
• Experience with project review and documentation software, including Navisworks, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
• Ability to understand building structural materials, systems, and construction methods
