Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Options Coordinator, responsible for processing bids and maintaining design application systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy of information from the Bid and estimating teams
• Set up communities per builder specifications and perform timely entry of take-off information
• Monitor allowable areas and review entries for accuracy and quality control

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
