Job Summary

Responsible for processing incoming bids and take-offs, the full-time Structural Options Specialist will manage the design application system and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely setup of pricing information remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify information from the Bid and estimating teams for accuracy
• Set up communities according to builder specifications, including pricing and product selections
• Enter take-off information into the design pricing system accurately and promptly

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
