Structural Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Project Engineer to join their team in Kansas City, Missouri.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management services and serve as the single point of contact throughout the project life cycle
• Ensure milestone dates and deliverables are met while employing sound risk management principles
• Offer design guidance to the team to achieve practical and economical building solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural steel building projects
• Experience with truss framed buildings, heavy industrial crane buildings, and highly architectural commercial buildings
• Familiarity with relevant codes and guidelines such as IBC, AISC, AISE 13, and MBMA
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, STAAD, RISA, RAM, SAP 2000, and AutoCAD
