Structured Finance Lead

Job Summary

Leading the structured finance strategy, the full-time remote Structured Finance Lead will design and execute non-dilutive capital programs, manage relationships with capital providers, and oversee debt facilities to support the company's growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the structured finance and debt capital strategy, aligning it with the company's long-term operating plan
• Lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of various asset-backed financing solutions
• Build and manage relationships with banks, private credit funds, and other strategic capital providers

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, or private credit, with significant in-house experience
• Proven track record in leading complex asset-backed and structured debt financings
• Strong existing relationships with banks and structured debt investors
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credentials preferred
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership and investors
