Structured Finance Lead

Job Summary

To architect and lead structured finance strategy, the full-time remote Structured Finance Lead will design and execute non-dilutive capital programs, manage debt facilities, and build relationships with capital providers to support global compute and data center buildout.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the structured finance and debt capital strategy, aligning it with the company's growth plans
• Lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of various financing facilities
• Build and manage relationships with banks, private credit funds, and other strategic capital providers

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, or investment banking
• Demonstrated track record in leading complex asset-backed and structured debt financings
• Experience with capital-intensive asset classes, particularly in data centers or infrastructure
• Strong financial modeling skills, including cash flow projections and capital structure analysis
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced credentials such as MBA or CFA preferred
