Student Account Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time remote Student Account Analyst will perform account analyses, audit student billing invoices for compliance, and manage payment processing while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Produce routine and ad-hoc reports to audit student accounts and identify necessary adjustments
• Analyze account information to calculate correct charges, adjustments, and refunds in alignment with University policy
• Manage payment receipt processes, including lockbox management and bank reconciliations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience in accounts payable/receivable with basic accounting skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial/accounting concepts
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial software/platforms
