Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Accounts Advisor to assist students with their financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for students regarding account-related questions
• Establish repayment schedules and set up payment plans based on student needs
• Document and maintain information about student communication and account changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Three to four years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience related to conflict resolution required
• Title IV and/or Higher Education experience required
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
