Student Accounts Counselor

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for student health insurance inquiries, the full-time Student Accounts Counselor will provide assistance with billing, payment plans, and compliance while working primarily onsite with potential remote flexibility during non-academic periods.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for all student health insurance matters, including enrollment and waivers
• Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure timely processing of student insurance data and participate in annual plan reviews
• Process student account transactions and counsel students on financial obligations and payment plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Higher Education, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in student accounts, financial services, or health insurance administration
