Student Accounts Recovery Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Agent I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy of account balances and manage assigned accounts receivable portfolio
• Communicate with students to collect outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans
• Respond to emails, maintain database, and attend training opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• Fluency in Spanish or ASL preferred
• Previous contact center experience and knowledge of relevant policies and regulations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Bizflow, and Banner
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule
