Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Accounts Services Generalist I (Remote, Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage past due and collections processes, including outreach to students
• Process tuition assistance benefit forms and review Letters of Credit for accuracy
• Assist with third-party invoicing and respond to inquiries within 24 hours

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• At least one year of experience with student ledgers, collections processes, or billing in higher education
