Student Activities Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Student Activities and the First-Year Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve student programs, services, and retention efforts
• Oversee the administration and planning of campus student activities and orientation processes
• Advise the Student Activities Board and supervise student leaders and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in higher education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education-related program planning
• Experience in budget management and organizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends
• Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
