Student Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Advisor to support student retention and success from enrollment to program completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to students via phone, email, and text to support program completion
• Collaborate with Enrollment Advisors to onboard new students and document communications
• Monitor student progress and communicate with university partners regarding student status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 1-2 years of related experience in student advising or customer service is required
• Experience in higher education is preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred
• Understanding of adult learners' needs and challenges
