Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Advisor to provide guidance and support to parents of K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training to understand educational products and user needs
• Address client inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and registration
• Engage potential clients and build relationships with parents to recommend suitable programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics
• 1-2 years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
