Student Advisor

Job Summary

Providing personalized support and expert guidance to parents, the full-time Remote Student Advisor will address client inquiries, engage potential clients, and collaborate with teams to meet enrollment targets for elementary and middle school courses.

Key responsibilities

• Participating in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs
• Engaging potential clients through various communication channels to introduce courses and highlight the institution's value
• Collaborating with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration between enrollment and program delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Teaching or Education preferred
• 1-2 years of prior experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service preferred
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Enthusiasm for education and helping students succeed
• Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
