Student Advisor

Job Summary

Guiding students from enrollment to program completion, the full-time Student Advisor will manage outreach through various communication methods to ensure successful programmatic and placement outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Completes outreach via phone, email, and text message to support student engagement and retention
• Collaborates with Enrollment Advisors to onboard new students and documents all communications in relevant systems
• Conducts outreach around key progress markers for students, including registration and at-risk indicators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 1-2 years of related experience in student advising, customer service, or higher education preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by adult learners
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
