Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Affairs Assessment & Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with student affairs offices to develop and implement assessment plans focused on student learning outcomes
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to student success to derive actionable insights
• Create narratives and reports that highlight successful initiatives within student affairs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in student affairs/student life strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to foster collaboration with diverse groups
