Student Assistant in Client Service

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Werkstudent (m/w/d) in Client Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and quality control of data deliveries to clients
• Independently handle small client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
• Assist in the preparation, interpretation, and cross-checking of analysis results and methodological questions

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Social Economics, Business Informatics, Sociology, or a related field
• Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Enjoyment in analyzing and processing quantitative data
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a structured, reliable work approach
