Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze student accounts to return credit balances accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies related to student financial services
• Document and troubleshoot student account concerns while maintaining high productivity and customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in student billing, financial aid, or related fields
• Experience in higher education preferred
• Experience in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
• Knowledge of Title IV Federal Student Aid programs
