Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Executive Screening Calls to evaluate prospective instructors' charisma, expertise, and teaching potential
• Pivot from interviewer to recruiter to sell the vision of building a course with the company
• Manage the candidate pipeline and provide real-time feedback to the sourcing team

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management
• Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to adapt tone to different personalities
• Comfortable managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom and organizing records in ATS/CRM
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
