Student Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting student account operations, the part-time Student Collections Specialist will assist with payment collection efforts, account follow-up, and record maintenance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students regarding payment collections
• Manage in-school collections and assist with inactive account collections as assigned
• Collaborate with campus staff to offer payment options and ensure compliance with departmental policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior collections experience required
• Minimum of two (2) years of financial aid or related experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
