Student Community Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Community Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master content calendar for community channels
• Build and manage the internal intake system for content requests
• Coordinate cross-functionally to source and schedule content across multiple platforms

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in community management, content operations, or program management
• Highly organized and systems-oriented with a passion for building processes
• Experience managing multiple platforms such as Discord, GroupMe, and WhatsApp
• Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Interest in student empowerment and education is preferred
