Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Community Specialist II who will enhance the global digital community experience for students and early career professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver scalable, digital-first engagement models connecting students and early career professionals to the community
  • Plan, execute, and improve lifecycle activities for Chapter Student Club, Mentoring, and Next Gen programs
  • Develop virtual and hybrid engagement opportunities to expand community reach and accessibility
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in community, customer, or member engagement roles
  • Experience working with students or education-focused programs is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in managing defined programs or initiatives
  • Working knowledge of community management and engagement practices
