Job Summary
Student Concern Response Consultant is a part-time contractor position focused on supporting the implementation of a Student Concern Response Team to address serious student concerns in an online learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and provide recommendations for the Student Concern Response Team framework and operational procedures
- Advise on best practices for behavioral intervention and threat assessment in higher education settings
- Assist in refining reporting protocols, documentation practices, and training for team members
Required Qualifications
- Experience with behavioral intervention teams or similar higher education risk assessment models
- Knowledge of higher education best practices related to student safety and behavioral concerns
- Experience developing institutional protocols or response procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in related areas such as student support services or risk management
