Student Design and Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

Student Design and Marketing Assistant is a part-time, hourly position responsible for creating, editing, and distributing marketing materials for student and employer-focused events while collaborating with the College of Engineering's Employer Relations Managers and Career Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop flyers, brochures, and digital media promotional materials in consultation with the Employer Relations Managers
• Distribute promotional materials to relevant audiences and assist in creating email newsletters
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and share the mission of the COE Career Center

Required Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university
• Must meet Academic Standing Requirements and applicable minimal enrollment standards
• Demonstrated ability to complete detailed tasks with high quality
• Excellent time management skills
• Demonstrated commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity
