Job Summary

Responsible for managing the Off-Campus Work Study program, the full-time Student Employment Programs Specialist will implement career readiness initiatives and support student employees at MSU Denver, primarily working onsite with some remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Off-Campus Work Study program, ensuring operations align with student and institutional goals
• Oversee the development of competency-based professional development programs for student employees
• Track and analyze data to assess student participation and career readiness outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading and executing programs across multiple departments or community partners
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems or similar process management tools
• Experience working in student services, workforce development, or related settings
• Experience leading events, trainings, or outreach initiatives
