Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support during the enrollment process and maintain accurate financial records
• Participate in outreach efforts and represent the organization at school events and virtual information sessions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, advising, education, or a related field
• Experience working with high school students from diverse backgrounds
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Comfort using CRM systems (such as Salesforce) or similar tools
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
