Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Experience Specialist (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students via chat and email, providing timely and empathetic support
- Help students navigate course materials and technical issues while performing account audits and processing product guarantees
- Update and maintain records in internal databases and track student satisfaction to contribute to service goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or student-facing roles
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new systems (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot)
- Experience or familiarity with the test prep space is a plus, but not required
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote team environment
