Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Experience Specialist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students via chat and email, providing timely and empathetic support
  • Help students navigate course materials and technical issues while performing account audits and processing product guarantees
  • Update and maintain records in internal databases and track student satisfaction to contribute to service goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or student-facing roles
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new systems (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot)
  • Experience or familiarity with the test prep space is a plus, but not required
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote team environment
