Student Extern in Enterprise Development

Job Summary

To enhance QA operations and design teams, the part-time Student Extern in Enterprise Development & Integration will contribute to application support, quality assurance initiatives, and technical operations while gaining hands-on experience in a remote healthcare technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze source documents and database structures, diagnosing system problems and recommending technical solutions
• Resolve complex hardware, software, and integration issues while supporting systems across the Enterprise Development & Integration environment
• Document system environments and updates, ensuring accurate technical records and supporting ongoing system improvements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Currently enrolled or college-bound student
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, MIS, or Business
• Willingness to learn IT software and strong analytical skills
• Preferred: Local candidate in Houston, Texas, preferably a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or graduate student
