Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Finance Advisor I who will provide exceptional service to students regarding tuition, fees, and financial aid options.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on program costs and financing options including federal financial aid and military benefits
• Proactively follow up with students to collect necessary documentation for securing financial aid and payment arrangements
• Monitor and respond to student communications while ensuring successful handoff to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required
• At least one (1) year of experience in federal financial aid, student accounts, or military benefits
• Preferred experience of at least one (1) year in a higher education environment
