Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Finance Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with students regarding payment completion requirements and counsel those with high balances or delinquent accounts
• Establish and prepare payment plans for tuition and other university charges, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
• Perform data entry for Student Accounts and collaborate with various departments to assist students with financing needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with one to two years of customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and database software
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results in a dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule required to meet the needs of the university
