Key Responsibilities

• Support internal customers and external agencies with professional communication
• Run and review reports for accurate disbursement of financial aid to eligible students
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and assist in resolving escalated concerns

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in student financial services or related fields
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and discrepancies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a compliance-focused environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting tools
• Maintain access to federal systems with no defaulted federal student loans
