Student Finance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Finance Specialist (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries from students, families, prospects, and alumni
• Assist students with questions regarding tuition statements, payments, and financial holds while managing communication logs
• Audit and analyze student accounts, process payments, and support enrollment targets through proactive communication

Required Qualifications

• College degree required
• Minimum two years of successful customer service experience in higher education or related fields
• Experience in college business, student accounts, or financial aid office is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and experience with financial software preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships in a diverse environment
