Student Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

Supporting new, continuing, and international students, the full-time Student Financial Services Representative will manage a portfolio of students through the financial process, provide guidance on financial aid programs, and ensure compliance with federal and institutional regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage a portfolio of continuing students and address their financial concerns
• Analyze student financial need and advise on eligibility and responsibilities of various financial aid programs
• Track financial aid documents and maintain communication with students regarding their financial aid status

Required qualifications:

• At least one year of financial aid experience required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Passionate about student success and higher education
• Empathetic, patient, and positive demeanor
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
