Key Responsibilities

• Coach students on motivation, grades, and program payments to ensure they complete their training
• Provide timely support and resolve inquiries using Front/HubSpot
• Create and update help documentation for frequently asked questions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Two years of experience in career services or a student coaching role (preferred)
• Experience with Front, Freshdesk, or HubSpot (preferred)
• Comfort with discussing financial obligations and collecting payments
• A reliable computer capable of multi-tasking and video conferencing
• High-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace
