Student Financials Specialist

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day production support for Workday Student Financials, the full-time remote Student Financials Specialist will troubleshoot functional issues, analyze problems, and configure system changes while ensuring service levels are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production support and troubleshoot functional issues within Workday Student Financials
• Analyze issues to determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain and support configuration for various student financial processes, including tuition and fee rules, payment plans, and refund processing

Required qualifications

• Experience with Workday Student Financials or similar financial systems
• Strong background in functional support and configuration management
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues effectively
• Familiarity with student financial processes, including billing and collections
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service level agreements
