Student Information Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Student Information Systems Compliance Analyst will manage student information system tasks, state reporting, and attendance-related duties while collaborating with clients to ensure accurate data reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support related to student information and attendance for clients
• Train client staff on effectively utilizing their SIS for state reporting requirements
• Assist in streamlining processes and improving system configurations for data collection and reporting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Two years of experience in education-related data management with a focus on data reconciliation and quality control
• Familiarity with Student Information Systems and state reporting processes (e.g., CALPADS, MARSS, PEIMS)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Java Script, Java, SQL programming, or similar systems is a plus
