Student Leadership Development Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of student leadership programs, the full-time remote Student Leadership Development Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and support for student leaders while also gathering and representing the broader participant community's feedback to inform program development and organizational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own all phases of recruitment, selection, and onboarding for student leadership programs, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the season
• Design and implement ongoing feedback mechanisms to capture participant experiences and advocate for their needs in planning and decision-making
• Coordinate and facilitate activities, including webinars and training sessions, while iterating on program models to enhance the student leadership experience

Required qualifications

• Experience managing programs or communities with a global, multi-stakeholder participant base
• Proven ability to design and run feedback mechanisms and synthesize input into actionable insights
• Strong written communication skills, adaptable for various audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain systems that support program scalability
• Experience in youth leadership development, mentorship programming, or education nonprofit contexts
