Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Lending Customer Advisor II for the 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and provide guidance and solutions to prospects and customers with basic lending needs
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and evaluate documentation for loan applications
- Participate in training aimed at advancement and meet established scorecard metrics and volume goals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven success in growing customer products per household and overall banking relationship
- 3-5 years of proven customer service excellence and efficient problem resolution
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Office experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
