Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track newly accepted and re-entering students through the onboarding process
  • Coordinate and collect required documentation to complete admissions files
  • Create, audit, and maintain student files to ensure all admissions and program requirements are met
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of administrative or admissions-related experience (higher education preferred)
  • Comfort working with data, systems, and spreadsheets (Excel experience required)
  • Experience with CampusNexus, Salesforce (CRM), and Outlook (preferred)
  • A service mindset and hospitality-focused approach
