Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track newly accepted and re-entering students through the onboarding process
- Coordinate and collect required documentation to complete admissions files
- Create, audit, and maintain student files to ensure all admissions and program requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2-3 years of administrative or admissions-related experience (higher education preferred)
- Comfort working with data, systems, and spreadsheets (Excel experience required)
- Experience with CampusNexus, Salesforce (CRM), and Outlook (preferred)
- A service mindset and hospitality-focused approach
