Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Payment Specialist responsible for assisting students with financial matters and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review billing reports to implement and manage student deferred payment plans
• Assist students with inquiries regarding payment plans, balances, and ledgers
• Provide financial counseling and support to students regarding payment options

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 3+ years of collections or business/accounting related work experience required
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) is desired
• Aptitude for accuracy and detail
