Job Summary
Owning the lifecycle health of tutoring students, the full-time Student Progress Lead will ensure engagement and support for over 200 students through proactive outreach, monitoring progress, and managing a direct report in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the active student dashboard to identify at-risk students and implement necessary interventions
- Conduct proactive outreach to flagged students to address barriers and coordinate next steps
- Manage tutor reassignments and quality escalations while overseeing the Student Progress Ops direct report
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, student services, account management, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and hold students accountable
- Experience managing a large caseload of 100+ students while maintaining individual relationships
- Fluency in Google Sheets and experience with monitoring dashboards and data
- Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on process improvement and self-direction in a remote setting
