Student Re-Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Re-Enrollment Advisor (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach to previously enrolled students via phone, email, and SMS
• Engage students to identify barriers to re-enrollment and determine next steps
• Coordinate handoffs to partner institutions and track student interactions in CRM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in academic advising, admissions, or student success initiatives
• Experience engaging students in a high-volume, outcomes-driven environment
• Highly organized and effective in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
